In the past 20 years of my medical career, I have been involved with direct patient care and research in different disciplines. I have worked in hospitals and private clinics as a Phlebotomist and Hemodialysis Technician, Clinic Access Manager, Home Hemodialysis Patient Educator, Liver Transplant Surgical Team Member, and Volunteer Coordinator and Member of Remote Area Medical Clinics. My medical professional interests encompass women’s health, care for rural and underserved communities, preventing chronic diseases through lifestyle modifications, empowering patients through patient education, and improving clinical quality measures utilizing quality improvement principles in global health.

I love being a mother to my baby daughter. Besides that, you can find me traveling the world, learning about and exploring people and their cultures, going on outdoor adventures, hiking, dancing, cooking, and enjoying food with family and friends.
