ABOUT ME
I came to Arizona in 2013 to attend school and never looked back. What started as a professional chapter quickly became home and I can’t imagine practicing anywhere else. I believe that good care begins with truly listening. I’m committed to treating each person as an individual, not just a diagnosis and to making every visit count with attentive, quality care. This community matters to me personally and professionally. I’m not just a provider here but also a neighbor. That feels like both a privilege and a responsibility that I take seriously every day.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
My clinical journey began in high school when I became a certified nursing assistant, driven by an early certainty that I wanted a life in healthcare. I went on to earn my registered nursing license and built a broad foundation of hands-on experience across cardiac care, intensive care, medical-surgical nursing, endocrinology, and behavioral health. Over time, my focus shifted toward prevention, understanding not just how to treat illness, but how to help people avoid it in the first place. That interest led me to deepen my training in nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and sustainable habit change. My goal has always been the same: to bring every patient the most thoughtful, individualized care I can.
FAVORITE ACTIVITY OUTSIDE OF WORK
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and three dogs. I love getting out on the trails. The natural beauty here is something I genuinely never take for granted. I also love traveling, reading and little mini adventures in the area like trying new restaurants.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU A GREAT PROVIDER?
I genuinely care about my patients. I prioritize listening and creating a space where every patient feels heard and respected, never judged. Also, I have a genuine love for learning and try to stay current so the care I offer reflects what’s evidence-based and what works for my patients.
