ABOUT ME

I originally planned to pursue medicine, but exploring nursing first helped me discover my passion for patient-centered care. As a first-generation college graduate and the first nurse — and now Family Nurse Practitioner — in my family, I am proud of the path that led me here. I recently relocated from Florida to Arizona with my husband and am excited to call Tucson home. We love the scenery, the food, the warm weather, and the kindness of the community.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

I began my nursing career 9 years ago in infectious disease telemetry and later cared for patients in COVID step-down and ICU settings before expanding into procedural care through trauma operating room and interventional radiology. Working across these varied levels of care has given me the opportunity to see how teams collaborate throughout the patient journey and has strengthened my clinical judgment, adaptability, and appreciation for interdisciplinary care. This diverse background allows me to approach patient care with a comprehensive perspective while providing thoughtful, compassionate, and evidence-based support to the individuals I serve.

FAVORITE ACTIVITY OUTSIDE OF WORK

I enjoy traveling, trying new restaurants with my fiancé, and watching scary movies!
