I moved to Cottonwood Az in sixth grade and I have been a local resident for most of the time since then. I Moved to Pennsylvania for my medical training and came back in 2006 to join my father Dr Charles Welly in his medical practice. I am a father to four boys and married to my amazing wife since 2000. My patients and my community are important to me. In my office my patients are my first priority and I try my best to respect each patient and meet each of their needs. I utilize my experience to care for and aid my patients to the best of my ability.

I have worked as a family practice Physician Assistant for 18 years. I am also trained in DOT medical certification for 10 years. I have a passion for sports and have worked helping the youth in the area by volunteering as a sideline medical provider and providing physicals as well as other medical needs.
I enjoy spending time with my family especially coaching and doing sports with my kids. I love anything outdoors and loves to take every opportunity I can get to be outside with my family.
