“To be grateful for what I have and not covet the things I do not.
To maintain and build meaningful relationships with friends, family & co-workers.
To find joy in my work and recognize the difference I make in people’s lives.
To use my knowledge and craft to better the lives of my patients.
To treat my patients with the same care, I would my own family.”
-Personal Mission Statement
I graduated from Brigham Young University in Provo, UT. When not studying for my Bachelor of Exercise Science degree, I worked as a physical therapy tech or in a group home with special needs adolescents. While at BYU, I met and married my wife, Kaylie. I also trained as a collegiate athlete and found time to volunteer at the state hospital and local food bank. These experiences prepared me to excel in my PA program at Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. My clinical rotations started in Utah, took me to Idaho, then Iowa, and finished in Arizona. I’m excited to apply what I learned in school as well as in my clinicals to better the lives of the patients I see.
Master of Physician Assistant Studies - Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions
Board Certified Physician Assistant with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
I will be a great provider because of my desire to help others and my hunger for learning up-to-date, evidence-based medicine. I also believe the “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure” idiom couldn’t be more appropriate regarding health. I strive to find enjoyable and innovative ways to apply healthy lifestyle interventions in my patients' lives.
When not treating patients, I enjoy spending time with my wife and young son. We enjoy the outdoor activities the Prescott area offers, including hikes, parks, disc golf, swimming, and pickleball. We also like watching movies and playing games indoors.
