About Me

I started my career in Washington State obtaining my Bachelors of Science in Nursing with minors in dance performance and psychology. From there my nursing career lead me to New York and eventually to Arizona where I decided to further my education and obtained my Masters of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Becoming an FNP has allowed me to expand my knowledge and expertise to empower my patients to take control of their health through knowledge, prevention, and shared decision-making.

Professional Experience

I have worked in the healthcare setting for over 14 years with 11 years of experience as a registered nurse before obtaining my nurse practitioner degree where I trained primarily in primary care as well as urgent care, orthopedics, and pediatrics.

Favorite activity outside of work

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family including my husband, daughter, and three dogs. I enjoy staying active through hiking, lifting weights, and running and enjoy relaxing by spending time with friends eating food, watching a movie, and lounging by pool.
