ABOUT ME
I was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona and over the course of my adult life, I have been a personal trainer for 10 years and a Registered Nurse for 6 years before becoming an AANP Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. I furthered my education in nursing so that I can better serve my community in a provider role and advocate for my patients. I have developed a strong passion for motivating my patients and ensuring that they have everything they need in order to be successful with their health.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
I worked as a Registered Nurse for 6 years in specialties ranging from hematology/oncology, medical- surgical, interventional radiology, progressive care units in both neurology and cardiology and Trauma ICU.
FAVORITE ACTIVITY OUTSIDE OF WORK
I love to spend time with my husband, my family, friends and my 2 beautiful Aussies. I enjoy traveling, reading, gardening, reformer Pilates, lifting weights, and running.

I fully believe in advocating for my patients and their short-term as well as long-term health goals. I love to learn and I wont stop learning and building my knowledge on health and medicine for my patients. My goal as a primary care provider is to work together with my patient and their loved ones to create a sustainable care plan based on their specific needs to live their life to the fullest.
