ABOUT ME
Over my lifetime I have had a love for nutrition and exercise. These loves led my focus of education in these areas which cultured my desires to help patients in overall health and obesity management. It has been a wonderful adjunct to my medical degree to help patients achieve their goals of better health.

I have worked in Family Medicine since graduating from medical school in 2020.
FAVORITE ACTIVITY OUTSIDE OF WORK
I enjoy being outside. Some of my favorite activities are going on runs with my baby girl, spending time in the water, hiking, and camping.
