ABOUT ME
I grew up in Solana Beach California. I went to college at UC Irvine in California double majoring in Biology and Psychology. I then went to Kansas City University to obtain my medical degree. I did a 1 year rotating internship at Rio Honda Hospital in Downey California. I completed my internal medicine residency in Phoenix at Valley Wise Health. I then moved to Lake Havasu City and have been here ever since. I have been married for 30 years and have 4 children 3 boys and 1 girl.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
After finishing my Internal Medicine Residency at Valleywise Health in Phoenix in 1995 I moved to Lake Havasu City. I worked at Midwest Internal Medicine for 15 years. I then started my own practice, Palo Verde Internal Medicine in 2010. I joined Optima Health in 2026.
FAVORITE ACTIVITY OUTSIDE OF WORK
I enjoy spending time with my family. I like activities such as bicycling, crossfit and pickelball. I love traveling to far away places..
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU A GREAT PROVIDER?
I have patients that have been with me for many years and enjoy interacting with them. I believe in preventive medicine. The importance of good diet and exercise can solve many of our health issues. If we can stop the disease process that way it is always the better choice.
