ABOUT ME
I started my career in healthcare as an RN and have had the privilege of getting to work with both pediatric and adult patients over the course of the last six years. During my time as a hospital nurse I have had the amazing opportunity to work Med/Surg/Tele and Pediatrics, and to cross train to the Progressive Care Unit, Postpartum, and as a Charge Nurse to help out wherever needed. As a provider my hope is to provide comprehensive care and education in a way that helps my patients understand their health and improve their wellbeing. When I’m not caring for patients, I enjoy sewing, crochet, and spending time with my husband and our three dogs.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
I started my career as a pediatric home health RN in Texas. After moving to Arizona I transitioned to working in the hospital setting where I spent 6 years working on a medical/surgical/telemetry unit with both adult and pediatric patients.
FAVORITE ACTIVITY OUTSIDE OF WORK
Outside of work I am an avid crafter, with quilting and crochet being my favorites. I also enjoy reading, baking, and spending time with my family.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU A GREAT PROVIDER?
My ability to listen to and advocate for my patient’s needs and goals. Everyone deserves the ability to participate in and understand the care they receive.
