ABOUT ME
Born and raised in Arizona, I am passionate about caring for patients in rural communities like Globe. Working as physician assistant in rural medicine allows me to build meaningful patient relationships while delivering comprehensive, accessible care across all stages of life.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Prior to becoming a physician assistant, I spent five years working at The CORE Institute as a physical therapy technician, where I gained hands-on experience in patient care, musculoskeletal conditions, and interdisciplinary teamwork. I also worked as a caregiver, which further strengthened my compassion, communication skills, and ability to support patients with diverse needs.
FAVORITE ACTIVITY OUTSIDE OF WORK
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and spending time with family and friends. I love sports, both playing and watching, with favorites including soccer, baseball, golf, and football. Many weekends are spent on the golf course with my husband. My faith is also an important part of my life and helps guide my personal and professional values.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU A GREAT PROVIDER?
I strive to approach every patient encounter with empathy, positivity, and respect. I believe it is essential that patients feel heard, valued, and involved in their care, and I am committed to building trusting relationships while providing thoughtful, patient-centered medical care.
