About Me

I come with over 14 years of clinical inpatient experience working at Valleywise Behavioral Health Center. I began my career as a Behavioral Health Technician in 2008 and then worked as a Registered Nurse while obtaining my master’s degree in nursing. I have experience working with diverse patient populations and from all demographics. My goal is to minimize the stigma associated with mental illness and to ensure that people can live their best lives regardless of their situation or condition.

Professional Experience

I worked as a Psychiatric Registered Nurse in an acute inpatient hospital for over 8 years. I worked as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in various outpatient settings for 2 years. Currently as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, I specialize in assessing and treating adults with depression, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, psychiatric disorders, post-traumatic stress disorders (PTSD) and personality disorders. I have experience in both acute inpatient and outpatient community care setting.

I enjoy cooking and spending quality time with my family and friends whenever I can
