“Be good to people. You will be remembered more for your kindness than any level of success you could possibly obtain.”

About Me

Being born in Illinois and raised in Wisconsin, my venture to Nashville for graduate school was an exciting transition from my Midwest roots. Three years later, I traveled West to explore even more (especially the mountains). As an avid soccer and volleyball player, I found myself interested in the human body at a young age. From Kinesiology in undergrad to PA in graduate school, I have always been interested in maintaining and encouraging optimal health. I continually strive to promote nutrition, exercise science, and sleep hygiene in practice with overall aims to improve health and longevity. I look forward to helping my patients live better, longer, happier and healthier. As a PA in primary care, I will be able to take steps in the right direction of achieving my dreams to serve and bring happiness and comfort to others.

Professional Experience

Prior to the start of my journey as a PA I spent 5 years working as a CNA, participated in ongoing research in an educational neurobiology laboratory at UW-Madison, and worked as a sports intern with Special Olympics during my practicum for the Kinesiology program. Working as a CNA in the mobile unit opened my eyes to a wide variety of care in various specialties including women's health, labor and delivery, cardiology, medical-surgical, oncology, neurology, intensive care, emergency medicine, psychiatry, and post-operative care. I look forward to meeting new patients as a primary care PA and providing insight on how to prevent chronic disease, treat various conditions, and extend long-term health.

Favorite activity outside of work

Outside of work you can find me hiking in the National Parks, roller blading, or playing sand volleyball! I enjoy traveling and spend most of my weekends adventuring or exploring, whether it be the great outdoors or trying out new restaurants with family and friends.

What will make you a great provider?

By providing well-rounded care as a PA at Optima, I have the opportunity to enhance human health and quality of life for my patients and those around me. I welcome all to my practice and focus on the patient-provider relationship in order to optimize health and well-being for my patients.
