As a Physician Assistant, my journey has been shaped by diverse and enriching experiences. Starting as a medical scribe and psychiatric technician, and volunteering in a hospital, I gained a deep understanding of the medical field and the importance of compassionate care. My education allowed me to provide care for patients throughout the Phoenix valley and in Idaho, broadening my perspective on what it means to be a healthcare provider. In my practice, I am dedicated to creating a welcoming and empathetic environment, where listening and compassion are at the forefront. I strive to collaborate with my patients to enhance their overall health and empower them with the knowledge to advocate for their own healthcare. My approach focuses on addressing the underlying causes of health concerns, ensuring that my patients receive comprehensive care and support.

Professional Experience

During my undergraduate studies, I volunteered at a hospital's medical-surgical unit, assisting with diverse patient needs, and interned at a detox rehabilitation unit, gaining valuable experience in addiction treatment and patient support. After graduation, I worked as a medical scribe in a psychiatric and pain management clinic, refining my skills in medical documentation and patient care. Subsequently, as a psychiatric technician, I provided support to individuals dealing with depression, deepening my understanding of mental health treatment. During PA school, I further expanded my knowledge with an elective rotation in cardiology.

Favorite activity outside of work

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and being a dog mom, exploring my passion for food as a foodie, and indulging in crafts like crochet, along with diving into a good book.
