In a world where you can be anything. Be Kind

About Me

From a young age nursing has always been a passion of mine. I knew one day I would become a Nurse and then go on to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. My path to Nursing began in 2015 when I started the CNA class at Eastern Arizona College. I have always enjoyed being there for others to help in their time of need. I love being the comfort someone needs while going through some of the harder times in life. I have always admired providers and Nurse practitioners and I am more then excited I get to join them.

Professional Experience

My nursing Career started back in 2018. Initially I worked at a level one trauma center in Tucson, Arizona. After three years I decided it was time to come back to the Gila valley. I then began to serve this community as a flight nurse at Guardian Flight. While working as a flight nurse I began school to pursue my dream of becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Favorite activity outside of work

When I'm not at work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. One of my favorite things is to travel and explore new destinations. Some of my goals for this new year is to spend more time outside along with traveling to new places.

What will make you a great provider?

What will make me a great provider is I approach patient care by listening and understanding the patients needs in a judgment free environment. I enjoy being a lifelong learner and being an example for others to follow. I plan to use my knowledge to support patients and enhance care in the Gila Valley and surrounding rural areas.
