ABOUT ME
I knew I wanted to be in the medical field at a young age and joined the Army National Guard as a field medic shortly after high school. I\\\\\\\'ve worked as an RN since 2000 and seek to empower patients to advocate for their own health and provide education as one way to support them. I love the field of nursing and the interaction and relationships that I have developed along the way. That is what drove me to continue my training to become a family nurse practitioner. I have a very supportive husband and am a mom to 3 amazing young adults. I encourage them to reach their full potential with integrity and strive to live by example.

I love spending time with my husband, kids, and extended family. I also enjoy cooking, painting, and walking my dog.
