ABOUT ME
Raised in sunny Miami, FL, I was shaped by a lively, diverse community that sparked my early passion for health and wellness. I later moved to New Orleans to pursue my career as a Registered Dietitian. The experience deepened my commitment to helping others, leading me to expand my expertise as a certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) with a background in nutrition and dietetics. Now, I’m excited to bring my knowledge to Arizona. My approach to care is centered on treating each patient as a unique individual, offering personalized, evidence-based advice to empower you to take control of your health and thrive in all aspects of life.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
I completed clinical rotations as physician assistant student in the fields of functional medicine, primary care, gastroenterology, internal medicine, obstetrics & gynecology, psychiatry, general surgery, pediatrics, and emergency medicine. I worked as a registered dietitian for 1 year in the hospital setting, including rehabilitation, skilled nursing facilities, neonatal intensive care unit, intensive care unit and medical/surgical unit. While in undergrad, I taught cooking classes and led grocery store tours to help people feel more confident and empowered in making healthier food choices.
FAVORITE ACTIVITY OUTSIDE OF WORK
I’m passionate about strength training and personal training, always pushing myself to new limits. I enjoy staying active outside the gym with hiking, paddle boarding, and pickleball. I love cooking as much as I do eating, so I’m constantly experimenting in the kitchen to create healthy yet tasty recipes. When it’s time to unwind, I like to relax with a good movie, book, or podcast to expand my knowledge and inspire my next adventure.
