“I strive to be the clinician who treats the patient, not just the pathology; to ensure that every individual leaves my care feeling heard, valued, and empowered.”

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Master of Science in Medicine – Physician Assistant – Mississippi College
Bachelor’s of Science in Biology with a minor in Health – University of Lousiana at Lafayette

ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in Mississippi and completed my undergraduate education at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where I competed as a collegiate soccer athlete. During my time in Louisiana, I developed a strong appreciation for teamwork, dedication, and community involvement through volunteering at various local events. Throughout my physician assistant training, I gained valuable experience across multiple areas of medicine, including primary care, hospital medicine, critical care, and women’s health. I believe strong patient–provider relationships are essential to delivering personalized, effective care. I am passionate about preventative health and partnering with patients to support a well-rounded, high-quality life.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Prior to Physician Assistant school, I worked at a dermatology clinic, developing a strong background in patient-centered care. My Physician Assistant education further enhanced my training in primary care and family medicine.

FAVORITE ACTIVITY OUTSIDE OF WORK

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, taking my dogs to the dog park, and trying new coffee shops and restaurants. I also love traveling and exploring new scenery.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU A GREAT PROVIDER?

My strengths as a provider is my ability to listen attentively, maintain a high level of attention to detail, and deliver patient-centered care. I lead with empathy and take the time to care for individuals as people—not just their medical conditions.
