About Me

Over the last 30 years, I have gone from a PCE to Nurse Practitioner and have learned new and exiting ways to care for a variety of people. It is my goal to help people be healthy and stay healthy and be happy.

Professional Experience

As a NP, I have worked for the military for Preventive Medicine overseeing the Pacific Region. I've worked in Primary Care and Family Medicine for about 5 years. I have also worked in Urgent Care during the Pandemic for one of the large hospital systems.

Favorite activity outside of work

I enjoy spending time with my family, golfing, snowboarding, traveling and playing video games.

What will make you a great provider?

I take time and listen to each patient and make them a priority and make sure they feel they are heard. Together, we can then create a plan of care together and work together towards achieving their goals.
