“Medicine is the most important thing we can do for ourselves; as we only have one body and one life.

About Me

I began my healthcare journey in 2008, working in the hospital system. I graduated from the ASU Nursing Program in 2010, and as a registered nurse, I specialized in caring for cardiology, stroke, surgical, and neurosurgical patients. I have experience as a charge nurse and case manager and have developed protocols and educational programs at the hospital level for various units.

In 2014, I graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Master’s degree in Family Nurse Practitioner. I am a self-proclaimed “devil-lope.” I enjoy caring for patients of all ages, from infants to geriatrics, with a focus on disease prevention and health promotion. I am passionate about working with patients to achieve optimal health goals by utilizing the best evidence-based practices.

I have extensive experience in managing acute illnesses, chronic diseases, and preventive medicine. Throughout my career, I have worked in both urgent care and family practice settings. I perform minor in-office procedures, including joint and trigger point injections, and assist with male hormone optimization.

My goal is to collaborate with patients to develop individualized care plans based on their needs and objectives, ultimately optimizing health and longevity.

Favorite Activity Outside of Work

Outside of work, you will find me hanging out with my family of 5 children. Typically, hanging out at the current sporting event or dance recitals. We like outdoor activities and, in the summer, you will find us on the lake.
