I live by the quote from the movie Patch Adams, “You treat a disease, you win, you lose. You treat a person, I guarantee you, you’ll win, no matter what the outcome.”

About Me

Over the last 24 years of my career, I have worked my way up from sports medicine in high school to now a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Family Nurse Practitioner. At each step I have always given my patients the upmost respect, care, and education. As a DNP, I utilize my vast career experiences to aid in the wellness of my patients and pride my self on teaching patients not only about their diagnosis, but also why the treatment recommendations are important. I make sure to provide a holistic approach to healthcare looking at the mind, body, disease, and situation for each patient. As a provider I feel it is important to also be open to shared decision making with my patients to be able to provide care to the best of my ability.
