“I believe in lifestyle medicine — comprised of the following six essentials: healthy eating, physical activity, stress management, smoking cessation, quality sleep, and healthy relationships — they are at the core of preventative medicine and will always have the greatest impact on a patient’s health.”
For me, the most rewarding part of practicing medicine are the relationships. I firmly believe that life is all about relationship: a vertical relationship with God, and horizontal relationships with others. The fact that I get to build relationships with my patients through helping them with their health needs is incredibly fulfilling.

Spending time with my wife, family & friends, praying and reading the Bible, investing in Bitcoin & Tesla, leading worship at a local church, working out, and scrolling through Twitter
Loving people for who they are and genuinely caring about them will make me a great provider.
