“I believe in lifestyle medicine — comprised of the following six essentials: healthy eating, physical activity, stress management, smoking cessation, quality sleep, and healthy relationships — they are at the core of preventative medicine and will always have the greatest impact on a patient’s health.”

About Me

For me, the most rewarding part of practicing medicine are the relationships. I firmly believe that life is all about relationship: a vertical relationship with God, and horizontal relationships with others. The fact that I get to build relationships with my patients through helping them with their health needs is incredibly fulfilling.
