“I thrive on being a partner in care, I strive to create a collaborative, tailored plan of care, as unique as each individual’s values and long-term health goals. “
I have been working in healthcare for over a decade. My experiences led me to pursue my career in primary care, as over the years I felt compelled to help counteract many of the preventable disease states I witnessed. I have invaluable familiarity with several in-patient and out-patient experiences; and utilize this background to effectively collaborate with my patients to form their individualized plan of care.
Doctor of Nursing Practice, Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner - Arizona State University

I worked as a Nursing Aide for 4 years in the home health, hospice, skilled-nursing (long-term care),
dementia, and assisted-living settings. This is where my love for Geriatric health-care began.
I worked as an RN in the hospital setting for 6 years, including acute-stroke/telemetry, neurology, neurosurgical, orthopedic, and trauma specialties.
As an Adult-Gerontology NP, I have solely worked primary care, and plan on continuing to do so as I wholeheartedly love the role.
Erica enjoys playing the piano and outdoor recreation with her fur babies, especially hiking and camping with her two rescue dogs. She also loves going to local thrift shops to find amazing deals.
I ensure all that choose to trust me with their health care needs feel heard and that they understand the how and why behind our agreed upon plan of care.
