About Me

I am a MSN, advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) and board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a demonstrated history of working in the healthcare industry. I possess six years of nursing experience in the psychiatric field ranging from child and adult inpatient care to community mental health crisis stabilization and substance abuse treatment. My approach to practice is both traditional and integrative medicine (holistic treatments, lifestyle modification, nutrition, exercise, and stress management) while maintaining treatment focus on each individual and their specific needs.
